Benefit Print Sale

Hey. You know that saying, when it rains, it pours? Well, it’s been hailstorming right over my family this week. This afternoon my Dad fell two Stories off of scaffolding while working. He survived, thankfully, and also has no head trauma, was not knocked unconscious, or paralyzed. However, he did break his left hand, his foot, and possibly his left shoulder. He’ll be unable to work for 2 months. Thankfully he is covered by my mom’s insurance, but my mom has to take an extended period of time from work off to take care of him.  I’m also currently unemployed due to having just spent the past 3 months traveling for Outliers. We got hit pretty hard by the 2008 housing market crash and the IRS seized all of our family savings two years ago. I’ve never seen my mom look as worried as she did at the hospital tonight.

So, this is what I can do.  I’ve got a whole bunch of Digital Chromogenic 8x10” artist proofs listed for $25.00 on my online web store, here: http://elleperez.bigcartel.com . Art makes really good holiday presents! Or looks good on your wall! 

Any profit is going to go keeping our family afloat for the next few months.
